Trees and palms taken down in tight yards, cut in sections and hauled off — Chandler, Maricopa County.
Chandler back yards sit close together, and that is the fact that decides how a tree comes out here. On the newer streets there is often a block wall, a pool, an AC unit and the neighbour's roof all inside the circle a tree would land in if you simply cut it at the base. So it does not get cut at the base. It comes down in sections from the top, roped and lowered piece by piece, with the drop zone cleared and controlled the whole way. We take out trees that have died, trees that got too big for where they were planted, palms that have outgrown a two-storey house, and stumps where access allows the equipment in. Everything gets cut down, loaded and hauled off, so what is left is the ground and not a pile behind the wall.
The detail worth mentioning when you call is the gate. Chandler's newer subdivisions do not have the back alleys the older parts of the Valley have, so every piece of that tree comes out through a side gate and across the driveway to the trailer. Gate width is the difference between carrying sections out whole and cutting everything down to armfuls first, and it changes the shape of the whole job.
Water, rock, grass and shade — the whole yard, by one crew.

Tell us what the yard needs — pavers, turf, concrete, a sprinkler zone that stopped, a palm nobody has touched in years — and send photos on WhatsApp if it is easier. We work in English and Spanish.
