We work out of Mesa, and the East Valley is the whole range: Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Apache Junction have their own pages below, and we also cover Fountain Hills and San Tan Valley.

The reason the pages are separate is that the yards genuinely are. A Mesa lot platted around flood irrigation, a Gilbert build from 2005 under HOA rules, and an Apache Junction parcel that the desert is trying to take back are three different jobs with three different problems — even when the customer asks for the same thing.
