Overgrown yards and lots cleared, loaded and hauled away — Gilbert, Maricopa County.
One hot summer is all it takes. A yard nobody touched from May to September comes out of it with oleander swallowing the wall, bougainvillea into the eave, weeds through the rock and a pile of fronds behind the shed. A clean up is the reset. Overgrowth gets cut back to a shape it can be maintained from, dead plants get pulled, bed and rock edges get re-cut, and everything that comes out gets loaded and taken away rather than stacked by the gate. A rental between tenants, a house about to go on the market, a yard that got ahead of an owner who was travelling — the work is the same, the finish just has to be clean.
Gilbert lots sit close together, so the screening between houses does a lot of work — oleander, bougainvillea and ficus planted tight along a wall to buy some privacy. That is also the first thing to get away from an owner, because it is the part of the yard nobody walks past every day.
Water, rock, grass and shade — the whole yard, by one crew.

Tell us what the yard needs — pavers, turf, concrete, a sprinkler zone that stopped, a palm nobody has touched in years — and send photos on WhatsApp if it is easier. We work in English and Spanish.
