Pavers, synthetic grass, patios and walkways, sprinklers, concrete, tree removal and trimming, clean ups and pressure washing — in Mesa and across the East Valley.
Every photo on this page is a job Primos Landscaping actually did in the East Valley — paver patios, block walls, new lawns, rock, and the irrigation running underneath all of it.

One crew from start to finish — so when something needs fixing, nobody points at anybody else.

Paver driveways, patios and walkways set on a compacted base with edge restraint, so the pattern stays tight instead of drifting apart.

Artificial turf laid over a graded, draining base — green all year, no watering, and it takes the summer without burning out.

Backyard patios and paths built to the shape of the yard you actually use, with the fall set so water runs away from the house.

Sprinkler and drip irrigation systems installed and repaired — heads, valves, controllers and new lines run for new projects.

Driveways, slabs, walkways and decorative concrete — formed, poured and finished by our own crew.

Trees and palms taken down in tight yards, cut down in sections and hauled off, including the stump when you want it gone.

Shaping, thinning and palm skinning — cut so the tree keeps its form and the next monsoon does not take a limb off.

Overgrown yards and lots cleared out, loaded and hauled away — one-time cleanups or on a schedule.

Driveways, patios, walkways and block walls washed back to their real colour before they get sealed or left as they are.
Most complaints about contractors are not about skill. They are about a price that grew, a crew that disappeared, and a phone nobody answered.
Pavers and concrete fail from underneath, not on top. The grading, the compaction and the edge are the half nobody sees — and the half that decides whether it still looks right in five years.
The kind of Landscaping work that goes out every week.

Roped in on a saddle at the top of a fan palm, cutting dead fronds back to a clean collar.

Valve box opened up for a repair — new PVC run in and the lid off to the side before backfill.

Concrete curbing poured around a side yard, graded flat and ready for turf or rock.

Side yard cleared down to bare dirt and raked out — the starting point before border and gravel go in.

In the desert, a yard is only as good as the water that reaches it.
Four steps, no pressure, no surprises at the end.
Tell us what is going on. Photos help if you have them handy.
We see the job in person and talk through the options with you.
A clear estimate, free, before anything starts. You decide from there.
Clean site every day, and we walk the finished job with you at the end.
We work across the East Valley out of Mesa: Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and San Tan Valley. Most weeks the truck and trailer are somewhere along that line, so scheduling a look at your yard is usually easy. If you're just outside those cities, call and ask — we'll tell you straight whether we can get there.
Yes. Nefi and the crew work in Spanish and English every day, and you can call or send a WhatsApp in either one. The estimate is written in whichever language you'd rather read.
Nothing. We come look at the yard, talk through what you want, and give you a written price. Nothing starts until you say yes to that number.
Only when the base was rushed. We compact in lifts, screed the bedding sand flat and lock the perimeter with edge restraint, because a paver field is only as good as what is under and around it.
It warms up in direct sun like any surface does, and it cools fast in shade or with a quick rinse. What it does not do is die in July, need mowing, or run your water bill up — which is why most of the yards we do now go synthetic.
Yes, hauling is part of the job unless we agree otherwise in the estimate. Fronds, brush and spoil go straight onto the trailer the same day.
Yes. Plenty of our calls are a single repair or a few trees. We'll also tell you honestly if something you're asking for won't hold up, and what we'd do instead.
Primos Landscaping LLC is run by Nefi Sandoval out of Mesa, Arizona. The work is what his own card lists: pavers, synthetic grass, patios and walkways, sprinklers, concrete, tree removal and trimming, clean ups and pressure washing. You'll know the truck by the petroglyph-style Gila monster on the door — same emblem as the logo. Call or WhatsApp Nefi, in English or Spanish, and he'll come look at the yard himself.
